Manuel wants to improve his credit and buy a home of his own in Santa Fe.
Manuel loves break dancing, and he loves teaching kids. So it's no surprise he loves his job.
He is less crazy about managing money, but he is ready to do what it takes to feel the freedom of being financially secure. He is passionate about making a difference, both in his students' lives and in his own.
A long-time Santa Fe resident, Manuel is tired of renting and is ready to put down roots. “My goal is to save as much as possible and reduce my debt so that one year from now I could be living in the home of my dreams…not only for me, but also for my future family and their security.” In order to do that in 11 months, he knows he's going to make some sacrifices in order to save up for the down payment and shape up his credit. He looks forward to working with his coach to learn the skills he needs to make it happen.
Manuel believes he has the drive to win the challenge and make his dream come true.
